I am passionate about transforming marriages. I am all about making marriage Life Changing. I want to inspire married women to become positive role models within their own communities. Your community could be your children, family, or friends. There are a lot of marriages that are in need of a tune-up. These marriages are simply going through the motions, but have NO FIRE. I have always heard that “marriage is 50/50”. Well, I have learned in the almost thirty-seven years of my marriage that “marriage is 100/100”. Each person has to give it their all 100 percent.
When you hold back on your 50 percent and your spouse holds back on their 50 percent… that is when a marriage starts lacking. I have been asked if I regret marrying at such a young age, and I immediately say “No”. We were two nineteen year old that were blissfully in love, trying to pay bills, and afford groceries. I am very thankful that there were no ex’s, baby mamas, or baby daddies to cause distraction. I do know that even with the ex-wife, ex-husband, baby mamas, baby daddies, and blended marriages, any marriage can still be great. Marriage is ordained by God, and it is very important that we keep our vows sacred.
My greatest desire is to see the divorce rate decrease. The world we live in today is so confused about marriage due to the times we are living in. This is due to the times we live in. We are living in a society where anything and everything goes. It is okay for a man to marry a man, and a woman to marry a woman. Our society has accepted the fact that it is okay to shack up rather than get married. No one wants to commit; they say marriage is only “papers”. Well, if that’s all there is to it, then why not get the papers? I would be remiss if I did not say to single women
